February Mardi Gras Networking Mixer at Lakeview Restaurant

Casino Central co-hosted the annual Chamber of Commerce Mardi Gras Networking Mixer at Lakeview Restaurant, located at 4649 S. Colony Blvd., # 300 (just west of Main St). Both Casino Central TX and Lakeview Restaurant had their Chamber Ribbon Cutting ceremony at the event. Allison Mihavics, Executive Director of The Colony Chamber of Commerce, introduced the owners of both new businesses to the Chamber members and guests who were present. Pictured left to right in their tuxedo shirts and bow ties are Stephanie, Mike, John and Greg.
Over 30 people attended and enjoyed complementary horderves along with beer or wine coolers. Many stayed and ordered dinner from the extensive menu that Lakeview Restaurant has. Everyone enjoyed playing Blackjack, Roulette and the Slot Machines. Throughout the evening, several prizes were awarded to raffle ticket holders. Micki Moore with ABWA and a long time Chamber Ambassador, won the certificate for a free 3-hour Blackjack party with one table and dealer. "I have to pick a good time to have this party", she exclaimed.
"It's great to see so many Chamber members and friends attend the Mixer. The games were great fun and I liked being entertained by the Casino Dealers", said Jeff Cain, State Farm Agent.
"I played Roulette for the first time", smiled Jason Crandell, co-owner of Flat Iron Grill and the original Pickled Pirate of Lake Lewisville. "Our dealer, Greg, explained the odds for every different type of 'inside and outside' bet and helped me to understand how placing certain multiple bets could improve my odds of winning."
"The slot machines were my favorite", beamed Sidney Benge, recently retired from Frito Lay. "I had the one machine paying out several bonus rounds in a row!"
